The breakfast was free with omelettes, tea bags rationed plus bacon, and also the staff were all very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect and nice - just a short walk away from a huge mall.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent! The room was spacious, had a breathtaking view, and we even got an unexpected upgrade. Bathroom floor slope is improper and water always stagnant. Since the bath tub fixed at floor height, the showerhead is at low height, one can not take head shower bath. Also for ladies/ children, it is bit difficult to get in and out of the bath tub. This must corrected.

I was pleasantly surprised by the superb location of Windsor Suites Bangkok. Within a 15-20 minute walk, I found everything I needed. The swimming pool was well supervised and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant amenities.
